The Spray Booth Shop promise: if a filter you order from us doesn't fit the booth you told us it fits, or doesn't meet the ≥98% NESHAP 6H capture standard we advertised, we make it right. Refund, replacement, or exchange — your choice.
1. Fitment Guarantee
Standard SKUs from our brand-specific catalog are sold to fit the booth models listed on the product page. If the filter you receive doesn't fit the booth you specified at purchase:
- We'll refund and reship the correct size, or
- We'll exchange for a different SKU that fits at no additional charge, or
- We'll full refund the purchase including return shipping.
Window: 60 days from delivery. Coverage: standard brand-specific SKUs.
2. 98% NESHAP Capture Guarantee
Every exhaust filter we sell is documented at ≥98% capture efficiency per 40 CFR §63.11173 (NESHAP Subpart 6H). Cert letters from the manufacturer are available on request for every SKU — email us and we'll send the PDF within one business day.
If a filter you purchase from us cannot be documented at ≥98% capture, we refund the purchase price in full. No re-testing on your dime; the cert letter is on us.
3. What's Covered
- Standard brand-specific SKUs — covered under both guarantees.
- Custom Cut Ceiling Filter Blankets — covered under the 98% NESHAP capture guarantee. Not refundable for customer-error wrong-size cuts (we cut to the dimensions you enter).
- Ancillary parts (door seals, filter grids, spray gun maintenance items) — covered by standard refund policy.
4. How to Claim
Contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue:

Resolution target: 5 business days from when we receive the photo and order number.
Scope note
This guarantee applies to standard collision, refinishing, and industrial coating operations. Aviation, aerospace, powder coating, and other specialty applications are covered by our product specifications on the product page and are excluded from the blanket 98% guarantee unless we've confirmed the SKU's certification in writing at the time of purchase.
The guarantee sits alongside our standard Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Nothing on this page limits your rights under those policies.
