What you’ll need to apply
Have these handy before you start — it takes about 5 minutes:
- Business name and website
- Tax ID / EIN
- Billing and shipping address
- Primary contact — name, business email, phone
- Years in business and roughly how many people you employ
- Estimated monthly filter spend — Under $500 / $500–$2,000 / $2,000–$5,000 / $5,000+
- Tax-exempt status — and your resale certificate, if you have one
The last box on the form is free-form. Use it to tell us your service area, roughly how many booths you service, and which brands — that is what lets us stock ahead for you and quote quickly, so the more you put there the better.
How Net 15 works
- Apply below. We review within 1 business day.
- Get approved. You’ll receive a welcome email with your account login and a link to add a payment method on file (card or ACH — required for Net 15).
- Order. Place orders on sprayboothshop.com signed in to your business account (orders bill to your account instead of charging at checkout), or by phone or email.
- Invoice. We ship and invoice. Invoices are due 15 days after shipment.
- Pay. Pay before the due date. If an invoice goes unpaid past day 15, we’ll charge the payment method you have on file.

Common questions
What does an account do for my pricing?
The account itself is about terms, not a standing discount — you see the same catalog prices as everyone else. Volume is a separate conversation, and we’d rather have it than not: if you are buying in case quantities or committing to a regular replenishment schedule across a route, tell us what you move in the application and we’ll come back to you on pricing directly.
How much can I put on terms?
We set that with you rather than assigning a number up front, and it grows as your ordering history does. If you have a big job coming — a full booth changeout, a multi-site contract — tell us ahead of time and we’ll make sure it’s covered rather than leaving you to find out at checkout.
You have your own service departments. Will you sell to me?
Yes. Our service work runs out of Denver, Dallas and Tampa; supply is a separate business and we ship filters nationwide, including to service companies working in those same metros. We are not going to solve a filter supply problem for you and then quote against you.
Can you cut to a size that isn’t in the catalog?
Yes — that is most of what we do. Send the dimensions off the booth and we’ll cut the media to fit. If you service an older or uncommon booth and are not sure what it takes, send a photo of the frame and the opening measurements and we’ll work it out.
How long does approval take?
One business day for most applications. If your business has a real web presence and the info checks out, it’s a quick yes.
Why do you need a payment method on file if I’m on Net 15?
It’s a safety net for both of us. Your card or ACH is never charged as long as invoices are paid on time. If an invoice goes past day 15 unpaid, we charge it instead of having to chase it down.
Can I place orders online, or do I have to email or call?
Both. Signed in to your business account on sprayboothshop.com, checkout offers “Bill to account (Net 15)” instead of immediate payment. Phone and email orders work too — whichever you prefer.
What if I’m declined?
You can still buy everything at retail on the public site with no account at all. If your situation changes later (volume grows, you add trade references, etc.), you’re welcome to re-apply.
