Privacy policy

Spray Booth Shop ("Spray Booth Shop," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at sprayboothshop.com and related online stores and services (collectively, the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the underlying e-commerce platform that enables us to sell products and process orders. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, the choices you have, and the rights you may have under applicable privacy laws.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the Services.

1. Personal Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

  • Contact and account details — name, billing and shipping address, email address, and phone number.
  • Order information — the products you purchase, order value, and custom-cut filter specifications (such as dimensions) you provide.
  • Payment information — payment card or other payment details, which are collected and processed directly by our payment processors (including Shopify Payments and other providers). We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
  • Communications — information you provide when you contact us by email, phone, or through forms on the Services.

Information we collect automatically

  • Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, and dates/times of visits.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — used to operate the store, remember your cart, measure performance, and support analytics and advertising (see Sections 4 and 5).
  • Click identifiers — when you arrive from a Google or other advertising link, we may receive a click identifier (such as a Google Click Identifier, "GCLID") used to measure advertising performance.

Information we receive from third parties

  • Information from Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, and fraud-prevention providers used to complete and protect transactions.
  • Analytics and advertising information from providers such as Google and Meta (see Section 5).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To process, fulfill, and ship your orders, including custom-cut and made-to-order items, and to arrange delivery (including to the United States and Canada).
  • To provide customer service and respond to your inquiries and requests.
  • To send transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates) and, where permitted, marketing communications you may opt out of at any time.
  • To measure, understand, and improve the performance of the Services and our marketing.
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and abuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to run the store, remember your preferences and cart, measure site performance, and support the analytics and advertising described below. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through on-site cookie controls. Disabling some cookies may affect how the Services function.

4. Analytics and Advertising

We use analytics and advertising services to understand how visitors use our store and to measure and improve our marketing. These services may set cookies and receive information about your interactions with the Services.

Google Analytics 4 and Google Signals

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site traffic and how customers move through our store (for example, viewing products, adding to cart, beginning checkout, and completing a purchase). We have enabled Google Signals, which associates this activity with signed-in Google users who have consented, to provide aggregated cross-device and demographic insights. You can learn about Google Analytics and opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Google Ads and conversion measurement

We use Google Ads to advertise our products, including Search and Shopping ads, and to measure conversions (such as purchases) and, where applicable, to show remarketing ads to prior visitors. Advertising click identifiers (such as GCLID) help us attribute conversions to the ads that drove them.

Enhanced Conversions (hashed customer data)

To improve the accuracy of our advertising conversion measurement, we use Google's Enhanced Conversions feature. When you complete a purchase or other conversion, certain information you provide — such as your email address and/or phone number — is converted into a secure, irreversible form using a one-way cryptographic hash (SHA-256) before it is transmitted to Google. Google uses this hashed data to match your conversion to an ad interaction in a privacy-focused way and does not receive your email address or phone number in readable form from us for this purpose. This helps us measure the effectiveness of our advertising while limiting the exposure of your personal information.

Meta (Facebook) Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and, where applicable, to show relevant ads. The pixel may collect information about your activity on the Services.

We participate in these advertising features in accordance with the applicable Google Advertising Features policies and Meta's terms, and we maintain the disclosures and, where required, obtain the consents necessary for their use.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information with the following categories of recipients:

Some sharing for analytics and targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (or "targeted advertising") under certain U.S. state privacy laws. You can exercise choices about this as described in Section 8.

6. Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

7. Data Retention
