The Garmat Exhaust Tower Filter Bag delivers high-capacity overspray capture for Garmat tower-style spray booths. Made from E75 recycled polyester media that outperforms standard polyester roll media, each bag traps excess paint before air exits the booth. Hand-sewn seams and a built-in pocket for hanging rods ensure a secure, proper fit. Sold in cases of 4.

Tower booths concentrate all of the exhaust through a small number of bags, so each one works considerably harder than a flat exhaust filter of the same area. The taper matters: the bag is cut to match the tower's geometry so the media sits square in the airstream. A bag that does not fit the tower lets air take the path of least resistance around the edges, and overspray that bypasses the filter ends up in the stack instead of in the media.

Usage & Care

Replace monthly to quarterly depending on paint type and volume. High-solids primers and heavy production schedules push you toward monthly; a lower-volume shop spraying mostly basecoat can often run a full quarter.

Change the full set of four rather than replacing bags individually — airflow follows the least-restricted path, so a single new bag among three loaded ones takes a disproportionate share of the air and loads up early.
