Stop drafts from pulling shop dust under the booth door and into a fresh finish. This 10 ft neoprene sweep comes in 4 inch and 8 inch widths, fits most booth doors, and ships the same day when ordered by 2pm MT.

The Neoprene Rubber Door Sweep Strip is a durable, flexible sealing solution for professional automotive and industrial paint booth environments. Made from high-quality neoprene rubber, it resists water, chemicals, solvents, and paint overspray, helping you maintain a clean, controlled spray area with stable airflow and consistent booth pressure. Supplied in a 10-foot continuous length.

The gap under a booth door is the easiest way for unfiltered shop air to get in. Every bit of air that comes in under the door skips the intake and ceiling filters, and it carries sanding dust from the shop floor with it. A worn or missing sweep also makes the booth harder to balance, because the pressure readings no longer reflect what the filters are doing.

Key Features

  • Neoprene rubber construction: resistant to water, chemicals, solvents, and paint overspray.
  • Flexible yet durable: conforms tightly to doors, panels, and booth openings for a reliable seal.
  • Reduces air leaks: maintains stable, efficient booth airflow and consistent internal pressure.
  • Minimizes contamination: keeps dust and debris out of the spray area for cleaner finishes.
  • Extends filter life: tighter seals reduce strain on filtration and exhaust systems.
  • Dimensions: 10-foot continuous strip, 1/4 inch thick, in 4 inch or 8 inch width (select variant).

Which Width Do I Need?

Measure from the bottom edge of the door to the floor with the door closed, then add the depth you need to fasten the strip to the door. Pick the width that covers both. If your floor is uneven, measure at both ends and in the middle and go by the largest gap.

Sweep or Door Seal?

The sweep closes the gap along the bottom of the door. The rubber gasket around the door frame is a separate part. If the frame gasket is cracked or flattened, see our brand-specific seals: Garmat, Blowtherm (pre-2007) and GFS.

Best For

  • Sealing door jambs, exhaust plenums, intake areas, and other gap-prone locations
  • Automotive and industrial paint booths

Compatibility

  • Garmat, Blowtherm, GFS, Accudraft, Binks, Devilbiss, Eagle, Nova Verta, Spraybake, and many other leading spray booth brands

Usage & Care

  • Check the sweep whenever you change filters. Replace it if it is torn, curled or no longer touches the floor.
  • Clean overspray off with a mild cleaner; solvent-soaked rags left on the rubber shorten its life.
