The Blowtherm Door Seal (Pre-2007 Models) is a direct-fit replacement gasket for paint booth doors on Blowtherm booths built before 2007. Its foam-style rubber profile seals the door opening to keep dust and contaminants out while trapping fumes and overspray inside, maintaining booth pressure and a clean finishing environment. Sold in 10-foot strips.

A flattened or cracked door gasket lets unfiltered shop air into the booth around the door, which brings dust into the finish and makes the booth harder to balance. It is one of the cheapest parts on the booth and one of the most often overlooked.

How Much Do I Need?

Measure around each door opening where the gasket sits and add the lengths together, then divide by 10 ft and round up. Doors on most booths need more than one strip, so measure before you order.
