Exhaust filters sit at the point where booth air leaves the spray zone — they're the last thing overspray passes through before it's released, and the stage your NESHAP 6H compliance rating actually depends on. Multi-pocket & bag filters

The most common exhaust format on branded booths — a fabric bag or series of pockets that mounts over the exhaust opening. We stock brand-specific fits for Garmat (tower bag), Blowtherm/GFS (6- and 8-pocket), USI (5- and 8-pocket), Accudraft, and Spraybake (sock-style). Pad and roll media (polyester & fiberglass)

Flat media for booths with pad-style exhaust racks. We carry polyester exhaust filter pads and fiberglass pads in 20x20 and 20x25 sizes, plus a 41" x 100' fiberglass roll you cut to length for pit or custom rack installs. Fiberglass is the budget option; polyester holds up to more overspray before it needs changing.

Specialty final-stage media

For shops that need more than particulate capture, we carry a charcoal filter blanket (48x100x1/2, odor and VOC control for waterborne environments) and a premium H13 HEPA filter (24x24x12) for fine-particle final-stage filtration. The Andreae UCUBE 300 (19.2x19.2x11.7, collapsible cube format, 4-pack) and Andreae's accordion-media pads and rolls are a higher-efficiency alternative to standard bag or pad filters.

How often should exhaust filters be replaced?

Replace when the media is visibly loaded with overspray or you notice exhaust airflow dropping. High-volume shops spraying daily often need monthly changeouts; lower-volume shops can go longer — inspect on a regular schedule either way.
