Our Custom Cut Ceiling Filter Blanket is the same M5-grade (formerly F5) tackified polyester media we use across our brand-specific blankets, cut to your specifications for booths with non-standard ceiling-bank dimensions, legacy installations the OEM no longer supports, or shops running custom-fabricated paint enclosures.

Minimum cut size: 24 × 24 inches. Custom cuts smaller than 24 inches in either dimension cannot be produced from our stock roll.

• 96% average arrestance, M5 under EN 779:2012 (the class formerly called F5), stopping dust before it reaches the finish.
• 600 g/m² media, 22 mm (±3) thick, with 820 g/m² dust holding capacity in testing.
• Multi-layer construction with a fine mesh backing on the clean-air side.
• Impregnated tackifier throughout bonds paint particles to the media instead of releasing them downstream.
• UL 900 Class 2 and DIN 53438-F1 flame rating, rated to 120 °C (248 °F).
• Rated for 0.25 m/s face velocity, matched to booth ceiling-plenum airflow.
• Cut to any size from 24 × 24 inches and up for booths that standard blankets do not fit.
