Binks Ceiling Filter Blanket – F5 Tackified Polyester – Fits Legacy Binks Spray Booths - 23" x 120" is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
Keep your legacy Binks spray booth running with this F5-grade tackified polyester ceiling filter, cut to fit the standard ceiling-bank sizes of Binks-manufactured crossflow and downdraft booths. Standard sizes include 23" × 120" (compact downdraft / crossflow), 26" × 120" (standard width), 36" × 72" (short-cabin automotive), and 36" × 127" / 36" × 130" (full-length and extended downdraft). The Binks Spray Booth division was acquired by Blowtherm USA in 1999 and absorbed into Team Blowtherm — Binks under Carlisle Fluid Technologies today is a spray-gun brand, and OEM booth parts are no longer produced. We stock aftermarket blankets specifically because the OEM no longer does. Non-standard bank? Order our Custom Cut Ceiling Filter Blanket in any size. Backed by our fitment + 98% NESHAP capture guarantee — if it doesn't fit or doesn't meet spec, we make it right.
Sizing note: Measure your existing ceiling filter grid before ordering. Binks booths from different production eras (pre-ITW, ITW-era, and Team Blowtherm-era) may use slightly different ceiling-bank dimensions.
Key Features
- 90%+ filtration efficiency on particles greater than 10 microns
- 600 g/m² weight, 20mm thickness — high dust-holding capacity and long service life
- Progressive (gradient) construction — fiber density increases toward the clean-air side, trapping fine particles deeper into the media
- Impregnated tackifier throughout — paint particles bond to the media instead of releasing downstream
- UL 900 Class 1 + DIN 53438-F1 fire-safety rated — meets NFPA 33 requirements for spray booth filtration
- Heat-sealed 9-gauge support frame — holds shape under load, won't sag at peak airflow

Usage & Care
Replace ceiling filters every 3–6 months depending on production volume and paint type. Legacy Binks booth airflow systems are sensitive to filter loading — change proactively at the quarterly mark for high-volume shops and inspect monthly for visible saturation. If your booth is running pressure differentials outside its original spec, replace immediately.
