Keep your legacy DeVilbiss spray booth running with this M5-grade (formerly F5) tackified polyester ceiling filter, cut to fit the standard ceiling-bank sizes of DeVilbiss crossflow booths and the iconic 1983-and-later Concept Cure insulated downdraft, plus Concept, Concept II, System 2000, Expert, Pro Prep, Pro Mix and the legacy truck booth. DeVilbiss has not manufactured spray booths under its own brand since the late 1990s, when the booth division was sold to Blowtherm USA in 1998 and rebranded as Team Blowtherm, so OEM ceiling filters are no longer in production. We stock aftermarket blankets specifically because the OEM no longer does.

Usage & Care

Booth makers that publish a figure put ceiling filters at about 1,000 to 1,200 operating hours. The media is rated to a 450 Pa (1.81 in. w.g.) final pressure drop. Concept Cure downdraft booths and legacy crossflow units have older airflow systems that are less forgiving of restricted filtration, so change when the gauge reaches the booth's limit and inspect regularly for visible loading. If your booth's pressure-differential gauge drifts outside its original spec, replace the ceiling blanket immediately.
