DeVilbiss Ceiling Filter Blanket | Legacy & Concept Cure Replacement - 28.5" x 118" is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
Keep your legacy DeVilbiss spray booth running with this F5-grade tackified polyester ceiling filter, cut to fit standard DeVilbiss ceiling-bank dimensions — including the iconic Concept Cure insulated downdraft series. DeVilbiss has not manufactured paint booths under its own brand since the late 1990s, and OEM replacement parts are no longer in production. These aftermarket blankets are an exact-spec replacement that lets you keep painting without retrofitting your booth.
Legacy Booth Support
DeVilbiss was one of the earliest spray booth manufacturers in North America. In 1983, DeVilbiss Canada introduced the Concept Cure insulated downdraft "paint and bake" booth — the premier premium downdraft package in North America at the time. After DeVilbiss was acquired by ITW in 1990, the booth division was sold to Blowtherm USA in 1998 and rebranded as Team Blowtherm. Today, DeVilbiss under Carlisle Fluid Technologies is a leading spray-gun and atomization brand — but the booth product line no longer exists. We stock filters specifically because the OEM no longer does.
Sizing note: DeVilbiss booth dimensions vary depending on era of manufacture (US-built crossflow, Concept Cure Canadian downdraft, or Team Blowtherm-era). Measure your existing ceiling filter grid before ordering.
Key Features
- 90%+ filtration efficiency on particles greater than 10 microns
- 600 g/m² weight, 20mm thickness — high dust-holding capacity and long service life
- Progressive (gradient) construction — fiber density increases toward the clean-air side, trapping fine particles deeper into the media
- Impregnated tackifier throughout — paint particles bond to the media instead of releasing downstream
- UL 900 Class 1 + DIN 53438-F1 fire-safety rated — meets NFPA 33 requirements for spray booth filtration
- Heat-sealed 9-gauge support frame — holds shape under load, won't sag at peak airflow

Usage & Care
Replace ceiling filters every 3–6 months depending on production volume and paint type. Concept Cure downdraft booths and legacy crossflow units have older airflow systems that are less forgiving of restricted filtration — change at the quarterly mark for high-volume shops and inspect monthly for visible loading. If your booth's pressure-differential gauge drifts outside its original spec, replace the ceiling blanket immediately.
