Engineered for Nova Verta downdraft spray booths, this M5-grade (formerly F5) tackified polyester ceiling filter is cut to fit the standard ceiling banks of the Prestige, Super Prestige, Conquer, Midi, Maxi, Excel and Empress booths, the Raptor Direct Fire, and Truck Paint Booth lines, covering everything from compact automotive downdrafts to 80-foot truck booth configurations. Nova Verta International (Arezzo, Italy, founded 1968) pioneered VFD-modulated downdraft technology, so the airflow envelope is precise and clean ceiling intake is what keeps waterborne cycles balanced.

Usage & Care

Booth makers that publish a figure put ceiling filters at about 1,000 to 1,200 operating hours. The media is rated to a 450 Pa (1.81 in. w.g.) final pressure drop. Nova Verta's VFD-modulated airflow systems are sensitive to ceiling-filter loading, so change filters when the gauge reaches the booth's limit to maintain balanced cabin pressure and prevent turbulence in waterborne cycles.
