Purpose-built for USI Italia spray booths, this M5-grade (formerly F5) tackified polyester ceiling filter is cut to fit the standard ceiling banks of the Chronotech flagship (Dynamic and Supremacy), the waterborne-optimized Master series, and Cargo configurations for truck and industrial work. USI Italia's Chronotech Supremacy is the paint booth of choice for Ferrari, Red Bull Racing, Mercedes AMG Petronas, and Alpine F1, so the ceiling intake spec matters.

Usage & Care

USI Italia publishes no fixed interval; its booth controls count run hours and read pressure. Booth makers that publish a figure put ceiling filters at about 1,000 to 1,200 operating hours. The media is rated to a 450 Pa (1.81 in. w.g.) final pressure drop. Chronotech and Master booths running high-throughput waterborne cycles reach those hours fastest, so change on hours and pressure to preserve drying-cycle consistency. The DGT Manager software on equipped booths surfaces pressure-differential changes early, so you can change filters before airflow is compromised.
