The Blowtherm / GFS 6-Pocket Bag Filter delivers pre-filtration and exhaust efficiency for professional paint spray booths. Dual-ply polyester media and uniquely shaped filter pockets provide maximum holding capacity for paint collection, while a galvanized steel header adds rigidity for durable, reliable performance. Sold 4 per box.

In these booths the same bag does two jobs. At the air make-up unit it cleans the incoming air before it reaches the ceiling filters; at the exhaust it catches the overspray the floor media lets through before it reaches the fan. A loaded bag at either end restricts airflow for the whole booth, which shows up as slow cure times and dirt in the finish.

How Many Do I Need

These booths take a set of 2 bags at the intake and a set of 2 at the exhaust, so one box of 4 covers a full changeout of both positions.

Usage & Care

• Change both positions at the same time, and sooner if your manometer climbs before the scheduled change.
• Secure the galvanized steel header firmly in place during installation.
• Replace filters as needed to prevent airflow restriction.
• Store spare filters in a clean, dry environment to prevent damage before use.
