Engineered to drop into Accudraft downdraft and semi-downdraft ceiling plenums right out of the box, this F5-grade tackified polyester ceiling filter is cut to the standard sizes used across the TITAN, ITALIA, ITALIA Alto, MX300, MX400, PRO Series, and SS Spray, Flash and Cure lines. Accudraft's TITAN is waterborne-optimized with EnergySmart VFD control, and the ITALIA has been in production for over 40 years, so clean F5 ceiling intake is what keeps their airflow envelope on spec.

Usage & Care

Replace ceiling filters every 3 to 6 months depending on production volume and paint type. High-volume waterborne shops on TITAN booths typically change every 3 months, while lower-volume solvent shops may extend to 6 months. Inspect monthly for loading and check the pressure differential at the booth control panel.
