The Paint Booth Fiberglass Exhaust Filter Roll is engineered for high-capacity particulate arrestance in professional spray booth exhaust systems. Made from 22 g/ft2 fiberglass media, these rolls capture paint overspray efficiently and protect your exhaust fans and ductwork.

Most downdraft booths with a floor pit run fiberglass paint-stop under the grates. It is the last filter before the fan, so when it loads up or has gaps at the edges, overspray goes straight into the fan blades, the duct and the stack. A roll lets you cut each run to the exact width and length of your pit instead of piecing in pads.

Booths That Use It

From our booth filter plans. Pit widths vary between booths of the same model, so measure yours before you cut.

• Garmat 3000 Series: floor pit, 36 inch standard (41 inch on some).
• Blowtherm Downdraft 6.0 m, 6.75 m, 7.5 m, 8.0 m and 8.0 m extended: paint-stop under the grates, typically 30 inch, cut down from the 41 inch roll.
• USI Italia Master 7 m, Master 8 m and Chronotech: typically 30 inch, cut down.
• Accudraft TITAN: 30 inch floor runs. If your pit takes 45 inch media, call us, because this roll is 41 inch wide.
• Binks Pyramid and Surround Air: typically 36 inch, cut down.

How Much to Order

Measure the total length of pit you cover in one changeout and compare it with the 100 ft roll. Cutting 30 or 36 inch runs from a 41 inch roll leaves a strip along the edge, which works for patching short sections or filling small exhaust frames.

Usage & Care

• Change when your manometer reaches the booth maker's limit. On an Accudraft TITAN floor, for example, plan on about 50 spray hours or a reading over 1 inch w.g.
• Lay each run flat and edge to edge so no air can go around the media.
• Store unused roll flat, in its packaging, somewhere clean and dry.
