Accudraft Paint Booth Filters — Prefilters, Intake, 3-Ply & Pocket Filters
Accudraft has built paint booths for the automotive and industrial coatings industry since 1981. We carry a full range of replacement filters built to fit Accudraft booths — including prefilters, intake filters, 3-ply filters, and pocket filters, in both polyester and fiberglass options.
Filter Types
Prefilters Capture large dust, debris, and contaminants at the first stage of filtration before air enters the main booth system. Helps extend the life of your primary filters.
Intake filters Deliver clean, particle-free air into the booth. Proper intake filtration is one of the most direct factors in getting a smooth, defect-free finish.
3-ply filters A three-layer construction that provides higher filtration efficiency and a longer service life compared to single-layer options. A good choice for high-volume operations.
Pocket filters Deep-pocket design increases the surface area available for filtration, trapping fine dust and contaminants while maintaining good airflow and low static pressure.
Polyester vs. fiberglass Polyester filters are more durable and hold their shape better over time. Fiberglass filters are a cost-effective alternative for lower-intensity applications. Both are available across all filter types in our Accudraft range.
Finding the Right Filter
If you are unsure which filter type or size fits your booth, here is how to find it:
- Check your booth model number — it is usually on a label inside the booth door or on the main unit.
- Note the filter opening dimensions (width × length) for intake and ceiling filters.
- For exhaust filters, note the pit or floor opening size.
We also offer custom-cut filters if your booth requires a non-standard size, and bulk pricing is available for shops that go through filters frequently.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know which Accudraft filter I need?
Start with your booth model number and the filter location (intake, exhaust, ceiling). From there, match by size. If you're still unsure, contact us with your model number and we'll point you to the right filter.
What is the difference between polyester and fiberglass filters for Accudraft booths?
Polyester filters are more resistant to moisture and hold their structure better under heavy use. Fiberglass filters are lighter and lower in cost, making them a practical option for lighter-duty or budget-conscious operations.
How often should Accudraft filters be replaced?
Most filters should be replaced every 1–2 times per year under normal conditions. High-volume shops should check filters monthly. Intake and ceiling filters tend to need more frequent replacement than exhaust filters in most setups.
Do you carry filters for older Accudraft booth models?
Yes. We stock filters compatible with both current and older Accudraft booth configurations. Filter by size if you cannot find your model listed, or contact us for help.
Not sure which filter fits your booth?
Use our Find My Filter tool to match your booth, or send us a photo of your booth tag or current filter and a technician will identify the exact filter and size for you. Need a non-standard size? We custom-cut filters to your exact dimensions.
