RTi BRAD-PERF Breathing & Paint Air System with CO Monitor – BRAD-PERF-25C / 50C

One system for both: -40°F paint air to the gun and Grade D breathing air to the painter.

BRAD-PERF combines RTi's Perfect Air® regenerative desiccant dryer with a breathing-air pre-filter and an inline carbon monoxide monitor. It delivers clean, dry paint air and is designed to supply Grade D breathing air. Choose the BRAD-PERF-25C for single-gun spraying or the BRAD-PERF-50C for two-gun booths. Operator kits are sold separately.

FAQ

Which elements does it use, and how often should I change them?
The breathing-air pre-filter uses the DE362C (1st stage) and 3C-151 (2nd stage); change both every 6 months. The BRAD-02C-MK 1-year kit contains (2) DE362C and (2) 3C-151. The after filter uses the 3C-060.

How many guns does each version support?
The BRAD-PERF-25C is for single-gun spraying (ARAD-25 dryer, up to 25 SCFM at 100 PSI). The BRAD-PERF-50C is for two-gun booths (ARAD-50 dryer, up to 50 SCFM at 100 PSI).

What does the CO monitor do?
It is self-calibrating, displays actual CO levels and sounds an audible alarm at 10 ppm of CO. A power pack with battery back-up is supplied with the monitor.

Are masks and hoses included?
No. Operator kits (mask, non-gassing hose and flow control valve) are sold separately, and spray guns are not included.
